Notice the bird bath and a much cleaned up rock wall. Taken on
the day we thought we were leaving. September 11th turned out
to be a sad day for the world and we ended up staying an extra
6 days.

With extra time we started really cleaning up the jungle in the
back yard. In picture number 2 above you can easily see the bird
bath, because it is against so much foliage. Now you can barely
pick it out in the center of the photo.
Avec les jours supplementaire nous avons commencé de nettoyé le jungle dans notre jardin. En photo 2 au dessus, on peut facilement voir le bain pour les oiseaux parce que il est devant si beaucoup de foliage. Maintenant on ne peut pas presque le voir dans le centre de la photo.

tangle goes from the center to the right hand side and we have
turned it into three distinct trees or bushes.

Looking straight ahead as you enter the barn. The mess of boards
on the right was actually made by Ken, Dan and me when we cut
loose a bunch of boards to relieve some weight on the upper floor.
En regardent tout droit lorsqu'on entre la grange. La desordre à droit était fait par mon beau-frère, mon neveu et moi quand nous avons relâché une tasse des planches pour réduire le lourde charge sur l'étage au dessus.
The same view shortly before we left, showing beams we put in
for support. We removed the back door to give us a quicker exit
route in case the barn decided to start falling down.
